How TickPick's Best Price Guarantee actually works

What qualifies

Three conditions, all required:

1. Identical seats — same event, same section and row (and seat numbers where shown). A cheaper listing two rows over doesn’t qualify.
2. True total price — the comparison is checkout total vs checkout total, fees and delivery included. A lower sticker price that grows past your TickPick total after fees doesn’t qualify — and because competitors add 20–30% at checkout, most “cheaper” listings stop being cheaper.
3. Inside 30 minutes — the window opens when your TickPick order completes. After it closes, no claim.

How to claim, step by step

1. Complete your TickPick purchase and note the time.
2. Immediately check the same seats on StubHub, SeatGeek and Vivid Seats — with their fee-included toggles on or carts loaded, so you’re comparing final totals.
3. Found a lower total? Capture the URL and a screenshot showing seats and total.
4. Contact TickPick support (app or site) with your order number and the evidence, before the 30 minutes lapse.
5. Approved claims receive 110% of the difference as account credit — a $20 gap pays $22.

Where buyers get tripped up

• Comparing sticker prices. The guarantee is about totals. Do the fee math or you’ll file claims that can’t succeed — our fee calculator shows each site’s real total instantly.
• Waiting. “I’ll check tonight” is a forfeited claim. Do the sweep right after checkout while the window is open.
• Expecting cash. The payout is ticket credit, not a refund to your card. For frequent buyers that’s as good as cash; for a one-off purchase it’s not.

Is it worth the effort?

As a five-minute habit after any significant purchase: yes.
