What to include
- A code failed? Tell us the code, the device (app or web), and the error you saw. Failed-code reports trigger a re-test, and the listing's status updates from the result.
- A verification looks wrong? Point at the page and the claim. We'll re-run the test and correct the page — corrections are noted with dates, not silently patched.
- Business or press? Same address. Note that affiliate partnerships never influence verification results, per our methodology.
